Auks Football started their season on the right foot with a 40-0 win over the Tatnall Hornets. On offense, Junior captain QB Chris Albero passed 12 for 15 for 174 yards and 3 TDs. He also rushed for a TD. Senior captain Conor Udovich had four catches for 81 yards and 2 TDs. Senior Matt Dellose scored a TD after receiving a 25-yard pass from Albero. Junior captain Kieran Udovich scored 2 rushing TDs, and Senior Johnny Kim had 61 all-purpose yards. Defensively the Auks also played well, holding the Hornets to just two first downs all game. Junior Jack O’Neill had two sacks and a fumble recovery, and seniors Max Ewing, Conor Udovich, and Matt Dellose all had interceptions. There was a great student turnout!
